*If you wish to benefit from the reduced student fee, you have to send the copy of your valid student card to contact@auger-symposium.com
Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to this reduced registration fees.
Method of payment
Credit card online
Accepted credit cards are VISA®, Eurocard® and Mastercard®
During the online payment, you will be connected to the STRIPE website.
Your credit card details will not be stored on our server.
Important notice:
Only bank cards offering 3D Secure “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode” authentication can be used to make online payments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations have to be sent by email to contact@auger-symposium.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- For any cancellation of participation made until 31st of July 2023 (included), the registration fees will be refunded to you with a deduction of 30€.
- For any cancellation of participation made between 1st and 21st of August 2023 (included), the registration fees will be refunded to you at 50% of the amount of your registration.
- For any cancellation made from the 22d of August or No show : No refund will be made.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment within 30 days after the completion of the meeting.
- Registrations are not transferable. Auger2023 is not liable for cancellation fees charged by hotels, airlines or other means of transportation.
